singularity container or bioconda package for w2rap

Hi,
I found a singularity container for w2rap made by @remiolsen . Is it correct that this container is still missing the required dependencies?

Does anyone have plans to get w2rap running inside singularity container or to create a bioconda package?

Hi,

I only made that container as a one-off to evaluate w2rap-contigger for genome assembly I was working on. I wasn't aware of this pipeline and I didn't include any of the dependencies.

I don't have any immediate plans on using this pipeline. But bioconda is great!
