Couldn't get database name from vcf, please provide it manually #188
Description
Hi I am a new to using c-sibelia and sibelia. I had run c-sibelia (shown below) to generate a vcf file. I then ran snpEffAnnotate.py but got a Couldn't get database name from vcf, please provide it manually error.
I am not entirely sure what database name I should provide. I've attached the resulting vcf file onto this query. I look forward to your response and thank you in advance for your help.
