Integrating Hybrid assembly support #52
Description
There are two hybrid assemblies that I would like to add to YEAT's arsenal: 1) Unicycler, and 2) Trycycler.
As of right now, YEAT is able to use Unicycler with paired-end read data. In the future, adding support in the users config to accept both short and long reads for Unicycler would enable hybrid support.
