greatly delayed startup with last update

Yesterday i updated your integration to 3.1.3 and my startup time shot up

Disabling the integration normalized the situation (i tried several times to be sure and I'm sure that's the culprit)

Even completely unistalling the integration and reinstalling it doesn't resolve the issue

downgrading to 3.00, 3.01, 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 make the log in fail completely with auth error

2.1.1 it's the frist working version

No logs for the delayed startup unfortunately
For other version i get invalid credentials wich is obviously not true

It seems i managed to fix it but in a way that it doesn't make much sense

After the update i had 5 zombie entity that i couldn't remove (same as 3.1.3) so i removed the entire device and redone the config flow from the start
The next restart took 299 seconds from there i redid a config flow a second time with the same data basically creating a duplicate
Initially the new device showed me two button entity the frist to start a speedtest and second to retrieve wan information (i don't know what should be the effect because i didn't press it) after 2-3 minutes the second device became a copy of the first one as expected and at this point i eliminated the oldest of the two and this seems to have fixed the issue altogether (4 restarts all off them in 40 seconds or less)
In all of this no relevant error to be found in the log whatsoever

Maybe I'm an idiot that is missing something obvious but how does this make any sense?

I think I found the issue, on install it does a first speedtest run, hence the delay in start up. Im going to make an option to run test on install or use last values.

It is not possible that's the issue because it did it multiple times not just on frist install
It stopped only when i did what I've described to you in my last message

It works fine just like rc3 did so I don't know if your fixes changed anything

Keep in mind that personally i always keeped automatic speedtest disabled because i prefer to rely on my own automation
