Put Traits in response - upgrade to v2 endpoint

Requested feature is to add traits in response.

The traitID field is somewhat overwhelming currently since it contains ALL inferred present/absent stages for this observation. This could be quite a few and is difficult to read. I've attached an example data.csv to this message about what this looks like (where i turned this output field ON for the output data results). Another option is to include just the stage(s) that were queried for in the traitID output column (for multiple trait queries this could get tricky to implement).

Traits have been added to ppo-data-server v2 response document. To address this, just need to point to using the download_proxy_v2.js Node service
