type specific indexing

We have a file that specifies what columns of interest to each of biological, geological, cultural here:

https://github.com/biocodellc/arctos_data/blob/master/type_mapper.csv

index_type=keyword will be a faceted search.

1. update the index with all relevant keyword indexes
2. update the interface with appropriate indexes for each type
