I recently uploaded several genome assemblies at TypeMat in MiGA online and I got the results for all, but the next day all projects disappeared, except for two older ones. When I try to rerun, I get the error that dataset couldn't be saved since name has already been taken.
So the projects should be still there, and I can actually access some of them if I click the result link from the web browser history, but they dont appear on my MiGA profile.
Any idea why this could be happening and how to resolve it?
