Firefox 4 support

XRefresh doesn't work in Firefox 4 beta, Firebug 1.6X0a16. I changed maxVersion to <em:maxVersion>4.0.*</em:maxVersion> to install it. It installs, so "XRefresh" tab shows, but doesn't work at all.

Setting maxVersion to 4.0.* works for me on Windows 7 x64, Firefox 4.0 and Firebug 1.7.1b1.

I've checked out the current version and build it with rake. This one works with Firefox 4.0 on MaxOS X 10.6.7:

 git clone https://github.com/darwin/xrefresh.git
 cd xrefresh
 rake

The new .xpi file for Firefox is located in "rel" directory.
