Implementing the missing features of the API

I’m currently using this SDK and would love to help by implementing some of the missing features to bring it up to date with the latest Binance API. Before I get started, I just wanted to ensure that the project is still active and if you’re open to external Pull Requests? I’d rather ask first to make sure my work aligns with your current goals for the library.
