Is this repo maintained? what are alternative urls?

1) what is frequency of the updates this repo is getting? because seems last commit was 3 months ago, it means this repo is not generally reliable for recent information
2) is there any other place, where we can directly have access to latest binance docs file (be it either in YAML or other format)?
