Support `--resolve-url` (or just -r) CLI option

Met url problem when I try to import some css modules like iconic.
Found that by default Stylus doesn’t resolve the urls in imported .styl files
Hope Stylus can do this. I really don't want to use gulp or grunt, as sublime is fine :)
