Protect URLs with buddy library

I know how to do this with friend, but not buddy. Will need to look into it.

Basically we want to:
 * Provide anonymous access to /docs, /login
 * Limit access of /reports, /time, and /user/settings to only logged in users
 * Limit access of /projects to only admin users
