Hola, está muy bien el desarrollo. Yo estoy usando otra API (https://api.preciodelaluz.org/) pero ESIOS parece más oficial.
Sólo he tenido un problema con la variable 'headers': si dejo su valor original 'application/vnd.esios-api-v2+json' me da un error 403. Sustituyendo 'v2' por 'v1' funciona.
