plugins, nodes etc not working om Fugio in OS 10.13.6

Hello ,
I'm in MacOS 10.13.6 also using Fugio 3.0.1 and trying 3.1.0 and got the same problem. No plug-ins and examples are loaded
Like a previous thread ( #55 now closed) .
I can open 3.0.1 using the 'show the package contents" to open the MacOs folder and open (double click) the fugio program, however 3.1.0 doesn't want to open and the message i get is as below.
Any help appreciated.
