Rename qModManager to PyQMM

Another older project with the same name already exists. Renaming this python project would be best in order to avoid any confusion with that project. PyQMM would be a good candidate as replacement.

The subnautica manager should have been called that instead of donning itself with a generic name. However I too have terrible naming skills, so I understand the frustration of coming up with a name.
