ChromeOS: Make Bibledit to not start as mobile app but as ChromeOS app

After installing Bibledit on a Chromebook, it displays Bibledit as a small app, with the size like a mobile app.

It were better that ChromeOS recognized Bibledit as an app that can be resized, and so on.
