Auto-scaling plot width below 9 inches

Plot widths are currently auto-scaled when there are enough samples to justify a width over 9 inches. This should be auto-scaled with any number of samples, as barplots with one or two look fat and odd. I'm thinking this will be lines 282-292 in post_classification_workflow.

pdf.width <- max(5, (5 + (0.25 * (max.samps-5)))) at line 286 in post_classification_workflow.R works well for 1 and 2 samples, but I haven't tried it with more.
