Implement Soft-Delete Mechanism for Media

We need to enhance our media management system for attractions, comments, and reviews  etc. by introducing a soft-delete mechanism. The goal is to mark media files (images, videos, etc.) for deletion without immediately removing them from our cloud storage, allowing a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion.
