Create a tool to migrate a domain from one account to another.

Basically, the tool would have to support multiple named accounts, and would suck down the json for the domain, delete the domain, and then put the domain into another account.

I need to check with dns made easy support first to make sure there aren't any time restriction.. We should probably also cache the json to a file, in case there are any network interruptions.
