Issue backing up in .tar format #36

Hello,
I have been setting up backup solutions on multiple websites lately and I keep encountered the same issue. I cannot use .tar format for my archive since your plugin use file names that are too long (over 100 char.). Is there anything you can do about it? Do you have any suggestion to solve this issue? Thank you.
