bfi_thumb image dimension not correct on ajax request

Hi,
on my wordpress site, I use bfi_thumb to generate thumbnail image, it works great on normal page reload, but on Event page (I use The Event Calendar plugin) do Ajax search or viewing previous/next events using Ajax, the event image/thumbnail is not displaying in correct dimension, I am not sure why because the template is using the same file, but somehow bfi_thumb produce different file.
Could you please advise?

Please support this issue, the image size for ajax is not correct.

}
