Token Gate for Discourse #3

A lot of DAOs use a Discourse forum as part of their governance process. There has been a lot of conversations in various forums inquiring if anyone knows of a solution to token-gate Discourse. The conclusion is that there is no commercial solution for token gating Discourse with an ERC20 native token. Unlock protocol is as close as you get which allows you to buy access (NFT) with the native token but doesn't simply read a users wallet and gate accordingly. This would be a huge value add for the ecosystem. Especially since ApeCoin just created a token gated Discourse forum. I assume many will follow suite. It would be great if Guild.xyz would build this out. Could easily become the go-to for token-gating Discourse! 🚀
