Functional indexed reference is broken #2
Description
X[1;;] and 1⌷X should both produce a rank-2 array.
The first one, in benchmks/benchmksPerf/morgan, works, but the second one
compiles quietly, but produces rubbish SaC code.
I have patched morgan to use bracket indexing again, until we get
proper functional index working.
