nose2 doesn't run from subdirectories

It would be more convenient to be able to run from all subdirectories of flow. For example, this doesn't work from the tutorials directory.

I think it's fine, nose tests search through subdirectories for tests, so we can't guarantee they'll run from any subdirectory.
