Add Tmux auto-start launch agent

Move  into the repo at .

This will be symlinked when running , enabling tmux to auto-start on login via tmux-continuum.

After stowing, load it with:
```bash
launchctl load ~/Library/LaunchAgents/Tmux.Start.plist
```
