IFC representation for Snout

Currently, Snout primitives get tessellated and are represented as IfcConnectedFaceset. Find a suitable representation that represents the torus more efficient and information conserving.

The snout could be represented as a clipped IfcRightCircularCone. However, the IfcRightCircularCone does not support an offset of the top from the bottom axis. Hence, this solution would only work for cases where Xoffset and Yoffset equal zero. Since the IfcRightCircularCone is -- like other CSG primitives -- poorly supported by tools, we do not go for this approach and stick to the tessellated version.
