IFC representation for Pyramid

Currently, Pyramid primitives get tessellated and are represented as IfcConnectedFaceset. Find a suitable representation that represents the pyramid more efficient and information conserving.

A sliced IfcRectangularPyramid is only suitable in case the Xoffset and Yoffset parameters equal zero.

However, since the pyramid can be efficiently represented with 6 faces, we do not further investigate into this.
