cannot find the package

I am vignesh i am doing my Research based on the New Particle Formation. I am using Version 1.3.1093 RStudio. As for your guidelines i tried to install Smps package but i cant able to install the smps package. It always shows there is no package. Please help me to resolve this this.

Hello, it should work with R version 3.5.2. Note that this is not the most current version of R, only the version that I know it works with. I am not actively maintaining this package currently.
