We currently let people make picks for as few matches as they'd like. Ideally, we'd like to force them to make picks for all matches.
It is nice, though, to not require all picks in any one session, such that users can finish the process in multiple passes.
At least a prompt about the number of picks made/remaining would be smart. We might also need a default value that is automatically assigned once the time cutoff is reached.
