PIP install gives error: EXIT STATUS 1: python setup.py egg_info....

When I try to use pip3 install gtasks it gives me this error:

ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1: python setup.py egg_info Check the logs for full command output

Why is there an error with downloading ONLY Gtasks?
