Add meta data to the EOD waveforms

In addition to amplitudes and phases in fakefish.py, we should at some meta data further specifying the recording.

• species (full name)
• date
• method (HT or fishfinder)
• location (lab or somewhere else on the planet)
• experimenter
• source (optional, url of data base)
• etc.
