Need binary release #89
Description
It would be really convenient if we had a binary release so we don't need to track changes in boot, nix, etcpp. RPMs (and .deb if anyone wants to face the "fun" of doing Debian builds). CPack should be able to generate self containing app images, and I guess windows installers too.
