Error Handling: Address Search

• When input address is NULL
• When input address is not found by geocoder
• remove red warning when NULL or incorrect

when address is null an automatic red error is displayed which is good enough for now. when address is incorrect a text warning is now displayed telling the user what the issue is and to try again.

these do not get rid of all red errors, but will at least help user navigate the issue.
