How to pretrain model?

Thanks for your interesting work/repo,

Could you open source the pre-training code?  (synthetic dataset preparation, initial model training)

Could you also advise on any potential performance changes if I were to pretrain using the MAESTRO dataset instead of the synthetic dataset?
