strat_dir = os.path.join('Banks', tod, 'STRATS_s1002')

The skimsandpaths.py currently deletes transit strategy files for scenario 1002. It will create issues when the current scenario is different from 1002. Should be revised to delete strategy files for the current scenario instead.
