Superimpose a photo on top of a raw img

If there's time, steganography would be a good feature to add without too much difficulty. Possible implementation: change the lower order byte (to change color) for every four bytes. User would upload img, python would superimpose, compute result and return to user. If Photoshop can do it so can we.
