Add the ability to allow a user's tagline and location in the Discussion Forums

In Registration, there are categories called the tagline (few word explanation of their experience) and the location (of most of the workers' experience) which are then stored in the database. At some point soon, the forums should also include the user's tagline and location to show up under their username when they make a post (or response/child post).
