Improve NuGet package descriptions

## 🆙 Improvement proposal
The description of the NuGet package is very short and even mentions it is built on OpenTK specifically, which - at this point - I don't believe is the main feature of this library. It should be rewritten so it's more complete (mentions performance and data structures) and accurate.
