Specs with lists

I intuitively wrote some specs in the style of:

r[pileup.column_contents]
Each `PileupColumn` MUST provide:
- the reference position
- the number of active alignments (depth)
- access to each alignment with its query position (`qpos`) and a `RecordRef`

but that is rendered as

which is a bit unfortunate.
