[UNREAL] Microservice Window Redesign

Our current Microservice Window UI is not in-line with the remainder of the SDK. Also, it has a few UX problems:

• The "target" drop-down is too hidden (many clicks to get to it).
• Configuration for each federation is also too hidden AND complicated to explain --- we might end up getting rid of this depending on whether or not we can remove the need for out-of-band federation calls (which we might be able to do).
• Logs window has some visual bugs (text not respecting panel boundaries, not very easy to extract information from it, etc...).
  • Also, we should have some "copy-to-clipboard" utilities.
  • We can also probably handle the structured json logs better -- show it formatted or have a button to open it in a text editor or something along those lines.

This is mostly a "let's make as many improvements as we can"-ticket.
