[UNREAL] Add Google Sign-In Account Federation to Mobile Sample

In our new Mobile-focused sample, we'll need to allow users to link with their Google accounts. To do so, we should implement Login federation with Google Sign in.

This federation's setup should be described in the sample's docs.
