QA WAR - Content not showing correct status

Content status not changing, tried syncing and then publishing. Status is not changing.Creating a new content changes the status to  a +1 created, publishing still doesn't changed the status to syncedThe newly created content was corrected published to portal thoughEdit:Right clicking an item and clicking revert item, updated the status of the items, and now publishing the modified item changes the status to synced.But still publishing newly created items isn't updating the status, and i still see +1 created status instead of just synced (edited)

If you publish content, it does not always say it is in sync. However, if you run the beam content publish from the console and watch Unity, it updates correctly immediately.
