Add Settings button to main menu

Settings should possibly include rebooting the Pi, checking that required daemons are running

Added settings button with current info on resource use and some basic Pi info.

Need to support daemon info and can then close.

Rebooting the Pi is possibly not a requirement, going for the full faith in BeakPi being solid that an easily accessible restart isn't required... for just now.
