Interest In Svelte Actions?

Hello,

This is a great project filling a major feature gap within Laravel Pennant. I am using Pennant within an Inertia 2.x + Svelte 5 project, and would love to start using this package on the front end as well.

Any interest if I submitted a PR to add a Svelte 5 version of the included React/Vue niceties?
