Implement an range-able auto-flat tree api

It would be handy to have an auto-expanding slice api where you can insert data at arbitrary index's, and the underlying slice capacity and length would grow automatically. Capacity would grow exponentially, length would grow to largest index set. The slice type would be dynamic.

This would let you set and get at arbitrary indexes.
