Filings UI: Support BC, ULC and CCC Incorporation Applications

- Currently we get errors in the Filings UI when the entity type is not of type BEN or CP. 

- We need to update the filings UI and support these new Incorporation entity types in order to start and resume Incorporation application filings for Limited Companies, Unlimited Companies and Community Contribution Companies.
