Detailed Description

Both Solr cores are out of sync with their dataimport views. One problem with the names core is that the application is sending cancellations as ADMIN transactions, not CANCL. Other problems will need to be identified and fixed.

Changes have been made to Oracle in production. Did cleanup for NR 3931603 due to the problems we had with it. Starting to look at the CANCL cleanu, although application changes are still outstanding.
