Description
Revise the "Certify" section on the filing:
- Remove the text below the heading "Confirm the legal name of the person authorised to complete and submit this withdrawal"
- Remove the "Legal name" text and data entry field
- Change text by the checkbox as per mockup below
- Filing to record the identity of the user currently logged in as the Certifying party for both staff and citizen
Note: the reference to section 427 in this filing is correct.
