Affidavit issue with account SAGE LEGAL LLP

Staff was trying to review affidavit uploaded by user 62340, associated with account 13417, but can not download the affidavit.
There are a few issues need to investigate:

1. Staff can not download affidavit. Staff got ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION error. This issue seem to related to the comma in the file name. Please investigate if new version of Minio will fix the issue. Otherwise, comma need to be removed from file names.

2. User 62340 has membership to account 13417 with 'PENDING_STAFF_REVIEW' status, should she show up somewhere in team members.
