"Impact," has connotations that may not be useful in this context and has a deep association with low-meaning corporate vernacular. Conversely, it is somewhat value-neutral insofar as one can have "negative impacts" and "positive impacts" - so striving for mere effect is not, I think, what we mean here.

I think we likely mean something like "outcomes" (as it is used in the description), "results" or "improvements" would likely be better.
